2. If you can benefit from the service with your permission they will access your medical records and any other information they might need.
3. One of their experts will then review all the information and any possible recent test results.
4. You will then receive an in-depth report including possible advice on your diagnosis.
5. The person who was assigned to your case will then call you and talk you through the report.
6. Finally, you will then have the knowledge you need to make the right decisions.
